AGA WITKOWSKA
MC, REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST
Aga is a Registered Psychologist with over 15 years of counselling experience. She can help you to gain personal insight and to become more emotionally aware of what is going on within you.
Aga believes that it is possible to heal from past experiences; She will help you to experience well-being, to learn and implement new life skills, and to see your life differently.
Aga provides therapy using different approaches including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Committment Therapy (ACT) - with focus on trauma, and Psychodynamic approach.
Aga works with individuals, couples, and families. She is experienced working with teenagers and children.
She helps clients who face anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, separation, divorce, weight and health issues, important life decisions, addictions, grief and loss.
She provides therapy in English, French, and Polish.

Sebastien was born and grew up in the province of Quebec. He attended the Laval University in Quebec City where he earned his Bachelor degree in Theology before going to Rome in Italy and completing his Master Degree in Humanities.
After his studies, Sebastien dedicated himself to helping the poor and vulnerable people. Sebastien chose to work for non-profit organizations and performed as a CEO in different countries such as: Canada, USA, France and Philippines for over ten years. Sebastien generously offered his exceptional personal and professional skills in the service of underprivileged. He participated in numerous humanitarian and volunteering trips to Haiti, China, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Peru, and Mexico. Sebastien traveled to over 30 countries and is fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish. During that time he attained personal and professional development.
Sebastien can be described as an avid scholar, supporter of multiculturalism, skilled manager, compassionate person, and a loving husband and father. The extended studies that he accomplished provided him with unique skills to understand human behaviour, practices, and thought. Sebastien’s humanistic approach was supported by personal experience that offered multicultural competency. He learned to respect personal values, believes and cultural differences. He is an excellent listener and he is very attentive to unique talents and strengths of every individual.
Flora is a Canadian Certified Counsellor who offers a compassionate presence and integrative approach with her clients.
She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment theory, Play therapy, Gottman's relationship and emotion coaching with clients.
Flora believes in the importance of the therapeutic relationship. She shows empathy and understanding with her clients. Areas of focus include parenting issues, relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, suicidal ideation, cultural issues, gender identity, and faith-based clients. She is comfortable working with children and adults from diverse backgrounds. She can speak conversational Mandarin and Cantonese as needed with clients.
Flora is a mother of three children and two cavapoos who may assist her in her therapeutic approach with clients upon request. She enjoys teaching music, photography, and spending time with her loved ones.
