Crystal is a Registered Psychologist with over 13 years of experience working in the mental health field working with children, youth and adults. She is has created outstanding working relationships with schools and parents to ensure student success through counselling and administering assessments. Crystal has experience working alongside clients with parental stress and concerns, burn out, difficulties with boundaries, anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, social skill development and more.

Crystal believes that every person can move forward and make the changes they desire, and her passion is supporting that growth. In primarily taking a short-term solution-focused approach, Crystal works with clients to develop clear goals and steps forward. Crystal applies the model and strategies that best fits the client’s needs and draws upon her training and experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

In addition to counselling, Crystal has a great deal of experience administering assessments to provide further understanding, recommendations and diagnosis for individuals in need. These assessments can range from ADHD for kids and adults, Learning Disabilities, Spectrum Disorders, Ed Psychs or assessments to support AISH applications. Assessments are tailored to whatever the individual client needs.

Crystal is available for weekday and evening appointments. Crystal offers assessments out of Sherwood Park and Edmonton.
